I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in helping women in their 20s and 30s let go of stress and get confident! When you work with me, you know that you have someone in your corner, cheering you on every step of the way! I am here not only to listen, but to help you find empowerment, healing, growth, and connection in your life.
I love helping women who are struggling with stress and confidence because I know these struggles on a personal level. I’m a recovering perfectionist and people-pleaser, which means that I’m very familiar with negative self-talk, unhealthy coping, and prioritizing everything and everyone but myself. I’ve worked hard on fighting my way through these issues and am well-acquainted with my own path to wellness. Our paths will look different, but I want you to know that I’m familiar with the terrain and can help you find your way through, too!
I’m also married and have a sweet Red Point Siamese cat named Samson. In doing my own work and self-reflection, I have found personal growth and satisfaction through yoga, meditation, healthy eating, hiking, spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music and podcasts, and even indulging in the occasional Netflix binge. It’s all about balance, right? Perhaps some of my greatest life satisfaction comes from the work that I do, which I am incredibly passionate about. I’m so grateful to those who allow me to be part of their journey and I would be honored to be part of yours!
